Salvia greggii

Salvia greggii is also known as Autumn Sage. They are native to Texas and Mexico. They are bushy perennials that blooms from spring until frost. Flowering peaks in early summer then again in the fall. S. greggii comes in several colors and sizes.

Butterfly and hummingbirds are attracted to their blooms and the foliage is slightly aromatic. Salvia greggii are popular perennials due to their humidity, heat and drought tolerance. They are semi-evergreen or near evergreen in milder climates.
