Streptocarpella has small, succulent leaves. Their abundant flowers stand out from the foliage on wiry stems. The blooms are orchid-like and are lavender-blue in color.
Indoors or out, they make wonderful hanging baskets, or can be kept small by occasional pinching and pruning. Hummingbirds find Streptocarpella irresistible.
Plant or hand Streptocarpella in full sun to part sun. They grow 8-12″ tall and 12-18″ wide.
We grow Streptocarpella in our #10 Hanging Basket size category.
